Access to audiobooks in Lecteur Nénufar requires a valid QR code. Each code allows registration on a maximum of five devices. Any commercial sharing of the code or any circumvention of the access control system is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual property
The applications and their content are protected by intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from any unauthorised reproduction, extraction or decompilation of the applications or their components.
4. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of Paris.
