Our applications only collect data strictly necessary for their operation. For Lecteur Nénufar, an anonymised device identifier is used to register purchased audiobooks, up to five devices per QR code. No identity, location or browsing data is collected.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is collected on the basis of contract performance (access to purchased content) and legitimate interest (preventing access abuse). It is never used for advertising purposes nor transferred to third parties.
4. Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of the application’s use. Upon uninstallation or following a deletion request, it is erased within thirty days.
